COVER ===== This is just an example - we would like to choose colour and texture which a publisher/printer can offer. Our designs use our FAA4.ttf font RIGHT HAND SIDE --------------- In file "...4b", we have used paragraph/borders/shading/style=LT Trellis/RGB=(204,0,0). We used paragrapg fill options. In the other files, we have a separate text box, which gives different fill options. We used text box fill options, with matching border colour. (Right click on box, Format shape ...) 4e dark blue RGB=(0,32 96) 4f (96,0,24) [Burgundy red=(128,0,32)] When PDFing, we found that paragraph space above/below may not take on the paragraph colour, so we provide a jpg rather than a pdf in any such cases. LEFT HAND SIDE -------------- - Select just the left hand box by clicking in it - CTRL/A to select all of that box, and you should see a slight colour change in just that box - Font size is 11pt, BOLD. To change it: select font size. If you make it smaller, there may be underflow, and you’ll need to copy some more FAA lines. - Paragraph spacing, which gives the spacing between the FAAs, is * Before 0pt * After 2.75pt. This gives exactly 53 FAA elements (font size 11pt) * Line spacing single * UNCHECK "Don’t add space between paragraphs of the same style" * Top FAA only: spacing before=3pt - Paragraph/Tabs: a tab is set at 2cm. This is the position of the column of FAAs from the left edge of the cover. FAA Logo Colour: Format shape/Text Options/Text Fill/Solid fill (this is the letters themselves)/Color/RGB=255,192,0) Background colour: (1) Paragraph/Shading (bucket)/NO FILL. We do not use this for filling here. (This just fills the paragraphs themselves, in PDF maybe not paragraph spacing.) (2) Select shape/shape options Solid fill/Color/BLACK SPINE ----- It consists of 2 text boxes with black fill. The top box has text direction "rotate 90 deg" Note paragraph space before and after, and centre alignment.
